Pros: I appreciated the easy and fast travel with panday bus from nyc to Norfolk. Cons: Nothing ! Excellent service and very descriptive of arrival time drop off locations and Wi-Fi usage on bus. Tips: I would recommend Beijing a blanket and neck pillow for a 7+ hour travel , also carry a usb plug in cable for phone chargers.
