Pros: I love trains and riding with Amtrak was a complete pleasure. Great views, comfortable and welcoming staff. Total relaxation. I’ll be planning another trip in the future! Cons: The WiFi wasn’t working the best all the time, but I’m pretty sure that was due to lack of service in locations. Tips: Get a roomette or sleeper. I had a roomette and it was so nice to be able to go back and forth between the busy observation car and my little private room.
