Pros: It is available late at night. You know it is going to be there. You will not be stranded in the middle of the night. Cons: When you get to the correct track to board your train, you are not really sure if you are in the right place. When the train arrives and you board, you are not sure if you are on the right train. I sat down by the door so I could move quickly if I found out I was on the wrong train, in the off chance I could find a conductor before the train stated moving. Consequently I was near the door when people boarded. Several people asked me where the dining car was so they could buy snacks. It is not an easy train to ride if you feel the need to know if you are on the right track, or if you are on the right train, or if you want to know where the dining car is.
