Pros: It's faster and nicer than taking the bus. And cheaper. Cons: Better updates on stops and communicate with passengers about delays so we're not sitting wondering or looking around at each other in hopes that someone will know what is going on. Tips: Please please please don't talk SO LOUD if you have to use your phone.
