Pros: Good in general. Cons: I took the train at San Jose station which is located cathill street. I tried to find out the train by following the instructions on the board at station. However, I had no idea about where the Amtrak was until I met the staff right before the train started. That was scary. I guess the problem would belong to the station itself, but I hope you can help with fixing that. Tbh, I would still take the train from Amtrak but it just made me anxious to find out the train.
