Pros: The conductor on the train was so kind, and helpful. He showed me to the business class car and checked on me, I was traveling alone and was a bit anxious. I will definitely travel on Amtrek again. Thank you for great service. Cons: Nothing. Tips: Travel Amtrek and definitely upgrade to business class, worth the money!
