The bus stop at 100 North Atlantic Avenue is a curbside stop outside the Hilton Daytona Beach Ocean Walk. Amtrak Thruway buses stop at this outdoor stop on the way to Fort Lauderdale, Gainesville, and more Florida destinations. Although there is not a station building, it's worth stopping in the lobby of the Hilton Daytona Beach if you have a while to wait for your bus. This bus stop is conveniently located right off the Ocean Walk and near some of the top oceanfront resorts in Daytona Beach.

The St. Petersburg bus stop on 77th Avenue is in the northern part of the city, almost halfway to Tampa as the crow flies. It's a covered bus stop with a couple of seats, and the stop is just outside a shopping center with a CVS Pharmacy and Publix, in case you need any last-minute essentials. From this stop, you can easily get to Miami or Orlando and connect to buses going across the country.
