Amtrak Silver Service

Pros: for the price... it was a good deal. Amtrak new station is great! easy to follow instructions. easy access. long trip but definitely worth the money. staff was excellent. polite and followed rules during this difficult time. As a woman traveling alone I felt safe and secure. Would use Amtrak again for this trip. Maybe next time use sleep car for more privacy. Cons: I thought a better system of communication of stops. maybe a board listing stops and times instead of announcements. but that would be a new system.. technology. Tips: this can be a bit uncomfortable sitting on a seat and sleeping. so I do recommend the sleep car for more privacy and better sleep conditions.
