Savannah’s Amtrak Station was built in 1962 and reflected a mid-century modern architecture style. An endearing mosaic of a locomotive welcomes you at the front of the building. Amtrak’s Silver Service stops at this station, and Savannah is the final destination of the Amtrak Palmetto from New York City.
