Amtrak Silver Service

Pros: I like the fact that it was on time, arrived earlier which was nice and the journey was smooth. Cons: I think the toilets need a lot more attention and the lady from the snak bar should be a bit more polite. I came to buy some thing with a friend and he asked for ice tea, than I asked for my things and I asked for ice tea as well. She looked at me and said. Why you didn’t ask when I went to get for your friend? I said, my order is different from his order. It was just two steps back and two steps forward to the fridge. However, I think she’s lazy and not very polite. Tips: Yes please. Give a good training to the lady that works at the snak bar. Maybe she can treat people more politely from now.
