Pros: The seating was comfortable and spacious; plenty of leg room, not squeezed next to another passenger, seat reclines, tray table to do work, etc. The conductor was incredibly friendly and personable; genuinely cheerful and professional. The trip ended up being shorter than the schedule indicated. Arrived in Westwood almost 1/2 hour early! The ride was quiet and smooth. Cons: I can't think of anything that could be improved.
