Adirondack Trailways

Pros: Smooth ride from Albany to Montreal. Friendly driver with helpful service with assistances. Cons: Seats at the back are not comfortable with very little room left when passenger of the front row lowered his/her seat. Reduce the total seat numbers will increase the overall comfort of each passenger. In order to compete with other bus providers, lower price rates will help and added cancellation option at no cost will encourage repeating customers and increase reputation as well. Very friendly and responsible driver who payed attentions and willing to help at various situations. Suggestion of increase the microphone/speaker volume whenever make a stop announcement during the trip. Wifi inside the bus not working is a disappointment.
