Pros: It was an excellent trip. The seats were comfy and the service was excellent. We arrived late, but it was due to construction and a lot of commuters on the road. Cons: I can't think of anything that could be improved. I was very impressed with the bus line. Tips: Make sure you have luggage tags on your bags so they can go underneath. I didn't have one but managed to fit my travel backpack in the overhead compartment.
