Pros: First time taking a bus from Toronto to Detroit (usually fly) due to scheduling and was unexpectedly better that thought (wife and I took the bus, son flew, we arrived first due to flight delay). Seats were comfortable, bus was clean (did not use the on-board bathroom), ride was smooth with a rest stop, temperature and air flow was perfect, and other travelers were well behaved and polite. An unexpected pleasant experience all around. Cons: 1. Seats did not recline back far enough 2. The electrical outlet at the seat did not work (and learned from other travelers that other outlets at other seats also did not work on the bus) 3. A folding table would have been nice to have 4. Having a working WiFi on the bus would have been nice to have 5. Bus driver was a little rude, had asked him a question on boarding and loading the luggage (as was our first time) and did not hear his reply clearly due to the surrounding noise so had to ask him again and he started his reply with "...I said "Yes", how many times do I have to say "Yes"..." which took us by surprise. We normally fly Business Class (which our son was on for this trip from Toronto to Detroit) so the air attendants are quite polite, but we let it pass as he was about to drive the bus so we did not want any distractions for the bus driver if there had been a confrontation and wanted him to focus on the driving 6. From the above point, it was not just with us as we heard how he replied to another traveler when asked about the non- functioning electrical outlet at the seats, he replied "I don't know don't ask me, I just drive the bus...", which we thought was not too helpful and rude. The bus driver may have been having a bad day. Tips: 1. To avoid motion sickness, book seats towards the front or the middle of the bus 2. To get the most room, book seats at the back of the bus where two pairs of seats face each other if you do not mind sitting near the toilet.

No charging ports available. Seats could be a little more comfortable.
