Pros: Good value for money. Philadelphia station has great location but facilities could be better. Cons: Pick up facilities in Phili. Tips: Check all stations on google Maps videos first. make sure you know where you are going and what you need for a comfortable Wait.

Pros: The fact that it was an early morning bus ride & the value for the money. Cons: The bus could be cleaned better & the WiFi needs to work next time & the tvs on the bus. If Peter Pan can tend to these three things then the trips could be a better bang for my buck. Tips: Do the early morning trips....It's less confusion....Because there will be some level of confusion.

Pros: Outgoing trip was fine. Left only a few minutes late and arrived not much later than traffic allowed. Seats and temperature were fine. Cons: Return trip was chaotic. Scheduled bus did not arrive. After waiting 1 1/2 hours, the last few minutes in the rain, arriving bus driver Donna, who waited with us, saved the day and commandeered an empty bus to take us to our destination after she had completed her scheduled driving. You should have better communications with the buses en route and back-up plans (ie., back-up drivers and empty buses) if they are significantly delayed. Tips: Bus travelling is more dependable if you are taking it at the beginning of the bus route than at one of its intermediate stops.

Pros: In my ticket never mentioned that the bus was gonna stop at Baltimore and then we have to change to another bus, so that was annoying. Cons: If the bus has stop, let the users know before the trip.

Pros: The driver is courteous professional friendly yet controlled outbursts on the bus very well. Cons: The outlets didn't work. Tips: Take Peter pan they're always on time.

Pros: Although my bus was late due to traffic, driver communicated with the connecting bus to let him know we were almost there. Dennis Green is awesome!!! Cons: The bus stations could be cleaner.

The bus is always too cold to stand and the bus driver didn’t pay attention to our needs.

Pros: On time. Cons: Would be nice if the printed tickets mentioned the address of the city, all it says is "Silver Spring". The overhead compartments are small but made even less accessible by three elastic cords which run across instead of a closing cover. I had to keep my bag at my feet even though it fit easily in the overheads of the Peter Pan bus.
