Pros: INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The driver initially was 30 minutes late to the pick up spot. I thought it wasnt going to come so I took a kiss and by the time I came back out I saw it coasting down the street away from me. I called the administrator of the busline and they were able to convince the bus driver to turn around and pick me up. I was able to catch my bus connection in spokane thanks to their kindness. Cons: Not be 30 minutes late to the pick up spot. Other than that, everything was just peachy.
