The train has a clean environment and the staff is friendly and helpful. Moreover, there is enough space for luggage/bags etc.
Cons
First of all, the train ran late for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Moreover, after the train entered Chicago downtown the speed significantly decreased.
Tips
Please be prepared for a delay. I heard from a friend that the train was delayed for more than 10 hours one time.

I liked how easy it was to book a ticket and how spacious the train was. I also appreciated the different time frames I could book back to my destination.

Not sure. Seemed very easy and convenient to book a ticket. Prices seem the same as booking directly through Amtrak, though.

Train ride very pleasant.. I ended up with 2 parking tickets for Carbondale Amtrak station;; when I took the train before there were no fees for parking in the lot. Staff on the trains were helpful and pleasant.
