Pros: The train attendant was very nice and helpful they informed quickly for the destination station. Cons: I wish they put monitor in every station just like the bullet train in Japan. Tips: Don’t hesitate to travel using Amtrak it’s a great experience.

Pros: The train seats were very clean and comfortable. There was not a lot of noise on the train, which was nice because I had work to do on my computer. No wifi was present either, I would've appreciated some wifi on the train. Cons: The wifi available would be great. I had a lot of work to do since I'm a college student, and didn't want to get behind. It was difficult to do all of that with little to no wifi. Tips: Bring you own cable wifi because there's no internet on the train.

Pros: I had 3 suite cases when I arrived at the station in Champaign one of the staff asked if he could give a hand. That was good, I thanked him and told him I was able to handle my luggage. Cons: Communicate about the delay, as customer we would like to know how long it will take if there is a delay so that we are able to give correct information to the people on the other side for pickup. Tips: Watch you valuables, have your phone charged at all times and plan for any quick action if need be.

Pros: The conductors were very nice and informative despite problems with the engine. We were stuck on the track without power in the middle of a cornfield. We were supposed to arrive in Chicago at 9:45 pm and we arrived at union station at 2:45 am by bus. Ps I did not like this about the trip. I liked the staff. The food service lady was a bit crabby. I guess I can’t blame her. Cons: See above. Tips: Expect the unexpected.

Pros: The trip is very well by train. I can assure you that it's a good way to experience the American lifestyle, and the fee is more advantageous compared with other transit ways. Cons: I don't think so. Tips: I think taking a train is a good way for people to leisurely and don't mind catching time.

Pros: Very comfortable and spacious. I wish the stairs to go to the second floor was a bit wider so I can take my carry on with me. I had a computer in it so I didn't want to leave it in the storage room. Cons: Have Clorox wipes available for people who want to wipe down the chair and tray. Internet was not good. It went in and out.
