Pros: On schedule. Cons: The bus did not go to the destination on the ticket. I had to walk 10 minutes to get to my car which was at the destination address. Tips: Beware: the bus didn't take us back to the destination address. I had to walk 10 minutes to get back to my car.

RedCoach Cancellation Policy

Can I make changes to my RedCoach ticket?

You can change the date and time of your RedCoach ticket up to 3 hours before departure. You can change your ticket online using RedCoach's Manage Booking portal without any fees, only paying the price difference, if applicable. If you make changes over the phone or via SMS, there will be a $6 fee.

RedCoach tickets are non-transferable, so if you need to change the name of the passenger, you should cancel your ticket and use the voucher you will be issued to book another ticket under the new passenger's name

Carry-On Baggage

  • One (1) carry-on bag, max. weight of 25 lbs (11 kg).

  • Must fit in the overhead compartment or under the seat.

    Checked Baggage

  • Two (2) checked bags at no additional cost.

  • Max. weight: 50 lbs (23 kg).

    Oversized Baggage

  • If a checked bag exceeds 50 lbs (23 kg), a $1 per pound overweight fee applies.

    Allowed & Prohibited Items

  • Permitted: Standard travel items such as clothing, toiletries, and electronics.

  • Prohibited: Firearms, flammable materials, hazardous substances, and oversized sports equipment like surfboards.

No, dogs and other pets cannot travel with you. Only ADA service animals are permitted onboard.
Yes, you can change your Red Coach reservation if the change is requested more than 24 hours before the departure time. A 50% service fee and price difference may apply to change your reservation.
Some Red Coach tickets are refundable, depending on the class of tickets and their restrictions that you purchased. Cancellations for a refund must be made more than 24 hours before departure. A 50% service fee may apply to any refund issued by Red Coach.

Yes, RedCoach offers WiFi on their buses. Although most trips with RedCoach will have WiFi as advertised, some buses might not come equipped with WiFi and onboard WiFi can lose its connection in rural areas. We recommend you bring a book or download a movie just to play it safe. RedCoach WiFi is generally best used for surfing the web, checking emails and chatting with friends; you shouldn’t count on the WiFi to binge watch your favorite show.
