Pros: It was good considering it was just after a hurricane. Cons: Bus was far too cold. Tips: For the money it was a pretty good value.

The woman chofer was excellent

Pros: Bus was on time, driver was friendly and professional. I’ve never travel on a bus of this size before. The seats are a bit small, but reasonable. The bathroom seem clean, but I didn’t use it. Cons: Better seats, more leg room. Tips: If traveling with backpack or large pocketbook, consider storing them below, you will need to sit it in your lap if not which isn’t conducive for a long trip.

Pros: I liked the speed in which we got to Tampa. The bus ride was about 5 hours, only 30 minutes longer than if I would have driven myself. Another plus was the price and comfort compared to a rental car. There were outlets and wifi on the bus, as well as air conditioning to keep cool. Cons: I have zero complaints. Tips: I suggest selecting and securing your seat. Bring a sweater, headphones and/or a book and enjoy your ride.

Pros: Driving was very friendly and good job 👍. Cons: The customer service is terrible. They sent a message and said 30 minutes later but delayed 2 hours.

Pros: Everything happened as I expected, except the senior discount has not been applied in my favor. Cons: Don't see anything for now. Tips: No.

Pros: That I did not have to drive. Cons: The temperature. The shabbiness. Not helpful staff. Coach buses are like five star luxury comfort vehicles with stewardesses and tvs overseas. I was shocked to board this. It was extremely hard for me to crawl under the bus luggage space to retrieve my suitcase. It was like a joke. I told the driver I was unable to. He said I had no choice. I made several attempts until I finally got under the crawl space. It was like a paralel universe experience. Sitting way in the back. Had no idea what the wifi password was. And i was not going to ask grumpy. Tips: Bring lots of blankets.

Pros: Good tô what vídeos tô stidy in the trip. Cons: Be tracked. Because the late. Tips: Have any one in seat.

Pros: I like the convenience of pick up location at Miami airport. Cons: Serving water. Tips: Yes a person on other seat was happy with his trip and shared his experience with me.

Cons: Had screen but option selections ? As similar to planes, provide a pull out tray at seats. Tips: Good option.

Pros: I like how there aren’t many stops. Cons: Seat comfort.

Pros: Very on time! Very clean. Cons: Would be great to be able to recline the seats more. Tips: Make sure to bring a sweater in case it gets cold!
