Pros: Bus was not over crowded. On an off the bus everyone was very polite and courteous. The travel time was great and I arrived earlier than I expected. Cons: I would never complain if the seats some how got larger! :) Don't get me wrong. The seats are comfortable, bust as I age I thought I would be getting smaller but that does not seem to be my reality. Tips: Wear comfortable clothes. Bring water/fluids and snacks. Stand up and stretch from time to time.

Pros: Seats were comfortable, temperature well controlled, made quick time once traveling. Cons: Couldn't find where to meet the bus, it was over 2 hours late with NO notification from the company and no update when the bus was arriving. Bus did not drop off where the site said, was forced to scramble to arrange pick up. Driver rerouted based on other passengers giving directions after driving in circles with no explanation from driver. Tips: Have a flexible schedule.

Pros: Super nice staff. I had made a mistake on the date of my ticket and they changed it for me cheerfully. Cons: TV was blasting the whole time, it would be better to have and earphone system so that those who want quiet could have it.

Pros: Well I had fun traveling. Cons: Clean bus after every stop. Make sure every on keep mask on, give a better place to catch a bus then your unclean places. Tips: No.

Pros: Economical. Friendly and helpful personnel. Cons: The bus driver passed my stop, but the company bought me another bus ticket to get me back to my destination. They also paid for my Uber. I was very grateful. Thanks Wanderu for using this company.

We were stuck on highway overnight for 13 hrs plus it’s freezing. I-15 was closed and I think we this bus company should know that by checking news. It’s instead not passengers’ responsibility. Totally a nightmare and caused a lot aftermaths for me to deal with before new year!

Pros: I liked the charging outlets and the friendly driver. Cons: Bus was late, seats were hard and uncomfortable. Tips: Be prepared to wait for this bus line.

Pros: Bus driver and counter person were helpful. Cons: The bus dropped me off in a super seedy location. The interim 'but stops' were in the middle of nowhere without a place to get a bottle of water or anything. WIFI was promised. Couldn't get it to work.
