VIA Rail
Pros: Seat comfortable. Tidy and clean inside but outside, not great, especially the outside windows. Cons: It would improve the experience if the train windows were cleaned at each major destination, i.e., before leaving Ottawa and when at Toronto Union Station. Tips: Overall, great value, friendly staff, excellent trip. Thank you very much. I don't own an iPhone but judging from others with laptops and phones, I believe there was working WiFi on board.
