Amtrak Pacific Surfliner

Cons: I paid for business class but could not get 2 seats together so had to go to the "old" car. Tips: If you want 2 seats together, then get on at Old Town. At Solana Beach you will need to sit apart.

Pros: No driving required for myself. Cons: Why Surfliner does not run between Oceanside and Irvine? It would be more convenient and shorter in commuting time. Tips: Just drive to Irvine, then get the train to LAX, instead of driving to Solana Beach and get transferred two times.
