The train was on time, the car was pretty clean, the seats were pretty good and the temperature was OK, if a bit warm.
Wanderu improved the lousy ticketing process, the conductors were pretty gruff, the food was too expensive, and Internet access was intermittent.

The quiet car is peaceful and a very nice way to travel if you want to work or be quiet and relax.
AMTRAK could provide reserved seating. It's absurd in this day and age people have to drag their bags through the cars looking for seats. Surely there is a computer out there somewhere that could figure out how to reserve seats on a train.
