It was comfortable, and the cafe food was very good. A person in our car left his iPhone on the train, and even though it had started moving, somehow, they stopped so he could get it from someone who had picked it up for him!
Hard to improve on anything - although, I felt that the announcements for upcoming stations were kind of weak.
Always ask questions if you are unsure of anything.

All went very smoothly. I made use of the Red Cap service at the beginning of my journey in Washington. This was excellent.
