Pros: The trip to my destination was much better. The train left on time (I left from the originating or first stop). There was plenty of space and the trip was very comfortable. The trip back, however, was a good but not great experience as the train was almost an hour late, it was over booked, and also there was a car put out of service because the AC was not working properly. Consequently, people were standing in the isles. The conductor was extremely rude. Cons: Even during peak periods, please DO NOT overbook. It only leads to an uncomfortable ride for many.
