Amtrak

Pros: First of all, Fred, my husband, was not the traveler. Rosemary Jackson was the traveler; I do not know why my husband's name came up as the traveler. The trip was charged to my credit card, so I don't know what happened that my husband's name came up. I had to call the 800 Amtrak number to get the traveler's name changed to Rosemary. I had difficulty making the change online. That was the only flaw with my entire trip. Everything else was excellent, and I will probably always take Amtrak to Berlin, CT, less hassle than driving the highway and it's the same amount of travel time, with less stress. Cons: Nothing else needs to be improved. I am trying to still figure out why my husband's name (Fred Jackson) was placed as the person traveling, and not my name (Rosemary Jackson) because it was on my personal credit card; we do not share a credit card. Is there any way to fix this? I fear the next time I go through you online that you will automatically have FRED as the traveler and his name will once again appear. Tips: None. I was more than satisfied.
