Pros: The train being on time, and a staff coming to tell me when it was 12 minutes to Hartford, to get me prepared for disembarking. Cons: The time it takes to transfer from electric to diesel. Tips: This is my first time of taking amtrak, and I don't regret taking it. The train was on time, the staff are cautious, It's a smooth and rconvenient ride.
