Pros: No homeless people in terminal. Ticket takers, info employees; restrooms were clean in New Haven & Stamford. I just wish it wouldn’t hv taken 3 hours plus to get from Hartford, Ct to Larchmont NY. I was dreading the trip, but instead was very pleasantly surprised! Thnk u! Marcia Jaeger. Cons: Time involvement. Tips: Take Amtrak! Now I can get to Boston more easily.
