Pros: I really enjoyed this trip. Service was great, especially from Toronto to Sudbury. Great, friendly and positive driver. Cons: The ability to recline the passenger's seets. Tips: I had not traveled on a bus for many years. This journey was great. It allowed me to relax and view environments. This reconnected me with many memories of past experiences. I enjoyed the conversations with other travelers. I look forward to doing this again.

Pros: What I liked about the trip is the pit/rest stop. It helps me as a customer to stretch my aching body as sitting too long can make me easily uncomfortable. Cons: A couple of things that can improve is leg room and security. The seats all seem to be cramped up especially for a big guy like me. Security needs to be improved on older buses. Such as security cameras. Tips: Be sure to line up early for better seat selections and have some snacks on the go.
