Pros: Relaxing. Cons: Should change the arrival time to at least 1 more hour give and take in case it is so much traffic so that if there is someone waiting for pick up , they will not wait for a long time, its not really fair for them , this is just my opinion. Tips: Arrival time most likely late specially if there is lots of traffic.
