Pros: Very kind and courteous, clean bus. Strict no-talking-on-cell-phone policy to make for an enjoyable trip for all. Also- water available. How nice! Cons: My only comment for improvement: the big (perforated) advertisement sticker across the window was not great to look through. Can you position these things differently to allow your passengers a clear view out? (BTW- the lateness had to do with traffic. Nothing that could be done by the bus driver! I'm glad I took the 3pm bus rather than the 5pm bus, or I would have missed my connecting train. I wish there were a 4pm bus!). Tips: Great way to travel.
