Pros: The arrival time was right on time to allow me to get to my location with zero worries. I am happy to be one of greyhound's customers. Cons: I did not see much to improve. I was quite happy. Tips: My tips is to travel light because there are many passengers and it's always best to know that your luggage can be squashed quite a bit in the luggage compartment.
