Pros
Comfortable trip. Convenient. Dropped us off at a very good spot, the Union Station which made it easy to transfer to metro services.
Cons
It was a little confusing about where to wait for the bus, but maybe because we are not experienced at taking busses.

Pros
Bus was new and was very clean and pleasant smelling for a change.
Cons
It was a Greyhound bus and we were a bit confused. the driver, Tabitha, was wearing a Bolt vest so that was helpful and she announced that it was the Bolt bus going to DC so that was very helpful seeing that there were 4 Greyhound buses boarding at the same time.
Tips
Be considerate of others when playing music and having loud cell phone ringtones and loud telephone conversations.

Seats were tall (for a short person like me), so the footrests were helpful, but they're very useful. They should be adjustable so you're able to rest your feet at any level. For a ride that was 5 hours (Newark to DC, incl traffic), the adjustable footrest is necessary....More
