Pros: The onboarding was easy. The bus was at the right spot as mentioned in the instructions. Also, the driver was nice. The ride was smooth and the charge port and lights worked. The bathroom was also clean. Cons: It would have been nice to have a 15 minute stop. Also, a short announcement about the ETA. Tips: Bring water and snacks because the bus does not stop and the journey from Newark to Pittsburgh is around 7 hours.

Greyhound
Pros: Very quiet and spacious. Not many people on board so the bus was very early and not loud at all. I felt very comfortable and the staff member was very friendly upon boarding. Smooth riding as well. Cons: Absolutely nothing, just the charging plugs are a little bit loose but nothing else I would change. Tips: Prepare your bags ahead of time and print your ticket so that it's easier for boarding.
