Pros: The bus was of good quality and my seat was very comfortable. The seat belt was in good working order, as well. Except for a snarl of traffic, the bus got me to Albany quickly. Cons: The wi-fi didn't work, even after the driver supposedly restarted it. The driver was a bit gruff, and I got barked at when I opened the cargo door because I thought my bag was still in there.
