Pros: The driver from Kingston to NYC was genuinely one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. He cares about the passengers as human beings and not just getting them from point A to point B. I’ve never seen that on transportation before and I’ve traveled all over the world. Cons: The first bus was 40 or so minutes late (which is fine, things happen) but I would have preferred a notification via email or text WiFi on first bus worked which is great. WiFi on second bus did not work. Tips: Call the bus company if your bus is running late - hopefully there will be notification in the future.

The trip itself was wonderful, bus was very clean and well-kept, they even have phone chargers/outlets now. I am one to get carsick and I did not feel nauseous at all! Unfortunately we arrived late coming in, but that's just NYC traffic for ya.
