Amtrak Thruway

Pros: A terrible ticket mix up resulted in no bus scheduled to arrive and my not having a printed ticket required for my Amtrack Intermodal bus. However, the driver, Shirley, from Badger Bus took me on her bus at no charge so I would not be stranded in Madison. Very compassionate. Cons: Confusing instructions for Amtrack Intermodal. Tips: No.
