Pros: We were comfortable. We were told to stay on the bus in Portland,Me. I was expecting to get out for a few minutes just to stretch and use a real restroom. Cons: The person at the concord desk in Boston was not very nice. Tips: Expect to ride more than four hours without embarking.

Pros: It was a comfortable and safe trip with very hospitable employees. Cons: Movies still use plug in earphones.

Pros: The driver was friendly and enforced the no-talking-on-the-phone policy well. Cons: Nothing that I can think of. Tips: Don't talk loudly on the phone!

Pros: Got me to where I had to go in a timely manor. Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Easy, Convenient, Reasonable, Easily accessible. Cons: A bus ride after 6pm going to Auburn.

Pros: Super simple and affordable and it’s painless. I prefer taking the bus rather than driving. Cons: Comfortability of seats but it’s understandable I can’t have a temperpedic seat.

Pros: The seats were super cramped but I guess that’s most busses. My biggest complaint is the driver, Dana, was acting overtly irritable and snapping at multiple riders including me, for minor infractions like talking on the phone or having our masks on properly, before the bus left the station. When I put my suitcase in the cargo hold, he irritably grabbed it and put it in a different part of the hold. Absolutely rude and ridiculous behavior and I hope I don’t ride with him again. Also, I really need you guys to stop playing Men in Black: International and Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. I’ve been on multiple concord coach busses and they always play these two movies, and it’s downright annoying. Cons: Okay better movies and get nicer drivers. Tips: No.
