Amtrak Silver Service

Pros: Very comfortable, able to get up and walk around, big windows, and nice, friendly employees. Cons: The train went frustratingly slow the last hour or so coming in to Orlando. Not sure why. This issue could be improved.

Amtrak Silver Service

Pros: It’s been years since I traveled by train and I was impressed. The spaciousness was great. Cons: 1. I have a disability and felt like I was imposing when I asked for assistance with my baggage…(the employee was abrupt and mumbled an audible “Jesus”) The trip was a short 4 hours which was perfect. Any longer might have been difficult as I felt I was on my own. 2. The announcement system (public address or pa I think) was very difficult to hear and understand what was being said. It’s ineffectiveness was unnerving since I also couldn’t see signs outside. I was very concerned about missing my stop. Tips: Try Amtrak, it was a nice change from flying. A few adjustments and they’ll be GREAT.

Amtrak Silver Service

Pros: IT'S ALL ABOUT SERVICE, AND THE SERVICE WAS GREAT. THANK YOU,. Cons: IN EVERY BUSINESS THERE IS ALWAYS ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT, BUT I THINK THEY ARE A GREAT WORK, AND I WOULD LIKE THEM TO KEEP IT UP. IT'S NOT EASY TO OPERATE UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES WE ARE IN AT THE MOMENT. ONCE AGAIN, THANK YOU AND I CANNOT WAIT TO BOOK MY NEXT TRIP! Tips: BE ON TIME FOR DEPARTURE, AND BON VOYAGE!
