Baggage Policies

Rather than having to pay expensive rates for baggage check, traveling by bus is an affordable way if you are traveling with more than one item of luggage. On Concord Coach Lines, you can store two checked bags below the bus and carry-on one bag and a personal item. For excess baggage, there is a $5 fee per bag.

If you’re transporting a bike between destinations, then it’s best to place that bike within a bike container or bike box. This ensures that you’ll be able to ride the bus without damaging other people’s items. All bicycles must be stored in a way that does not damage other people’s luggage, so packing up your bicycle in a bike box before riding the bus will ensure that your bike makes it to your destination.

One-way and round-trip tickets are typically refundable, except for Greyhound ‘Advanced Purchased’ tickets. For round-trip tickets, if you’ve already used one-way fare then the refunded amount will be equal to a single trip.
