Amtrak Thruway

Pros: Reliable; comfortable; felt safe;. Cons: Warning for passengers for the return pick up at Grand Canyon. We had allowed plenty of time to reach pick up point but it required collecting a blue shuttle bus. This turned out to be very busy and so we nearly missed Our pick up time. Tips: Make sure you allow for busy period on the shuttle bus reaching pick up point.

Pros: Timeliness, friendliness. Cons: Van might be waiting before departure time. A minute before departure, we wondered if it had left. (We'd been in place for 1/2 hour).
