Pros: I liked that I was near the front of the bus with a view of the road. I liked that everyone was generally quiet and calm. I liked that we left and arrived generally on time. Cons: The seat I was assigned was double booked (!). Thankfully, the other person also assigned my seat was friendly and I was flexible so I moved to the aisle seat and that was that. I also appreciated the driver's commitment to a quiet bus but her shouting at a passenger to stop using speakphone (which she wasn't) and bringing multiple passengers into the discussion was a bit disproportionate to the action. There definitely should be better signage at Newark Penn Station. If you haven't ridden the bus before its really nervewracking since there are no attendants and no signs to tell you if you're in the right spot or not. Tips: The bus will come so be patient. The driver is doing 10 things at once and will tell us the destinations when they can. Bring non-fragrant snacks in consideration of others. Be quiet and calm on the bus. Ps on the following question I have no idea if there was wifi as I didn't try to use it. I would suggest adding an 'I don't know' option.

Pros: Driver made up for the late arrival at the origin point. Cons: Please cut the time on when we get to major stations! Routes need to be modified and other buses pick up some of these trips. It shouldn’t take nearly 6 hours to get from Newark to DC. Tips: Say something about these routes.

Pros: The buses left on time. Cons: The bus was not too clean. Also, my seats were very near the toilettes in the back on both trips, while the front of the bus was more or less empty! Most passengers were seated towards the rear. I would like to choose my seat in future.
