Pros: I liked how smooth the driver was and the consideration of fuel. Cons: I wish the times would be more accurate when ordering tickets as arrivals to places are later than the time shown on order. Tips: add 30-45 mins for the arrival time as the time of arrival to places is not accurate.

Pros: it was a smooth trip. Cons: On the bus, the heaters were a bit strong. i am not sure if they have protectors but when i moved my food, i burned myself since it was pretty hot. maybe protectors would be nice.

Pros: We got to our destination a few minutes earlier than expected. Cons: There weren’t any charging outlets by the seats. Tips: Maybe bring something for your neck if you like to sleep on the bus.

Pros: This trip I wasnt made aware of my stop until a minute beforehand and was in a rush to gather myself and get off the bus. This was my first time riding so I was quite nervous about missing my stop. Cons: Better ability to keep your phone charged. The outlets on one bus worked but the USB ports did not. The USB ports on this bus going to DC DID work but the outlets did not. Would also be nice if there was free wifi on board.

Pros: The room. Cons: Making sure bus has outlets and warm air during cold weather. Tips: Bring a coat and or blanket, because even in cold weather the bus runs the air conditioner cold air pretty high.

Pros: Was on time and had AC. Liked they stopped to use bathroom. Cons: The seating was disorganized, when we first arrived people were laying across seats, their stuff was taking over two seats, made it difficult to sit at first. The bus always smelled of marijuana and cigarettes. The driver was also very abrupt and rude at times. Tips: Arrive on time, be ready for very simple, nothing fancy. But gets you where you need to go, on time, and cheap too.

The driver poorly managed the seating; he separated me and my sister even though there were single men who could have sat together. Communication was terrible, and the whole experience was frustrating. There are definitely better options available, even at the same price. Tips: Got it!
