Pros: The price and convenience were obviously driving factors after looking at train prices. Bus was on time and we got there and home safely. Cons: The seats, the bathroom, the air control (it was either stifling or freezing), and overall information on bus pickup locations. If you don’t get the address right, there was no one to ask or answer the number provided.

Pros: Timely enough, lateness couldn't be helped there was a car accident. Cons: The bathroom should have had toilet paper and hand sanitizer and didn't. Tips: There IS power available but only for chargers that have a standard USB plug.

Pros: Our staff stopped at a center for us to use the restroom or grab a bite to eat for 15 minutes so we can enjoy the ride without any problem s. Cons: Check to see if everybody is on the bus before leaving because people paid for their ticket. Tips: Be on time.

Pros: Wanda drivers are always helpful and friendly. Cons: This bus in particular smelled like urine. Also, the driver did not drop us off at the agreed-upon drop off site. I understand that this happens, but we were not informed.

Pros: It’s was safe but the driver was late and the bus was overpacked. Cons: The bus was super crowded. Tips: Pack light and my sure you use the restroom before you get on the bus because they’re bathrooms are nasty.

Pros: I enjoyed the ride on the bus and was actually able to sleep most of the way. I didn't realize we were going to actually make a rest stop. But that was good.I didn't calculate that in the timing. Cons: The bus should be on time or notify passengers ahead of time that the bus will be late. I arrived forty minutes earlier and I was told the bus wasn't coming until eight o'clock. So now I have to sit in this waiting room for almost two hours before the next bus comes. There seems to be no set location for where your bus is to board. It seems a little chaotic.Everyone is asking for their bus and where it is. I didn't notice any signs. Especially when the buses are not part with the front facing you. You see the side in the back of the bus. And there are no destination signs that are visible to know that. That is your bus other than people yelling out. Who work there? Where your bus is? However, if you miss that announcement, you're frantic, trying to figure out where your bus is. And ask in the question over and over again. People who buy tickets online.I am not sure if they notify you that you have to actually go into the ticket office and get another ticket and you cannot use the printed copy that you printed offline. Tips: Make sure you can board your ticket with just the printed version. On my trip to Baltimore.I had to get a printed ticket. Then go into the office and they give me a subsequent ticket to get on the bus. On my way back home I did not need to get a subsequent ticket.I only need to show them the paper with the q.R code on it and I was able to board the bus.

Pros: on time. Cons: When arrive to NYC, driver let customer off bus but did not let customer get luggage and drive off. I ran after the bus driving for 2 blocks in traffic to catch him and get my luggage. Not kidding. Very dangerous to leave customer without letting them get their luggage. Tips: return bus from Albany will pick up across street from 259 center ave. Not at 259 center ave side.

Pros: smooth ride. Cons: be on time as much as possible.

Pros: The bus itself had no mechanical issues that prevented it from driving. We stopped at a recently renovated Delaware rest stop. Cons: No wifi and none of the outlets worked. Also, the outlets are just for USB-A cords so it would limit what could be charged, even if they worked. Never used the restroom but overheard someone saying that there was no toilet paper. Communication between the driver and passengers was very difficult and at times contentious. His voice was incredibly hoarse and he spoke very little English. We sat for almost 30 minutes while the driver tried in vain to find who had gotten on at the last stop. When he finally figured it out, there was a problem because the woman's phone had died and, as previously stated, the outlets didn't work. Tips: Bring a good power bank. Try to use the bathroom only when you stop. Bring a printed ticket if you think your phone might die. Ultimately, this is the cheapest bus ticket to NYC from Richmond and back. Know that what you're getting into is about what you might expect.
