Amtrak Northeast Regional

Pros: Smooth, comfortable. Cons: Need more staff. I missed my stop because I couldn't find anyone to help me and the overhead announcement was not clear or loud enough. Tips: If you are not from the east coast and not accustomed to traveling by train, pay EXTREME attention to each and every stop. Find out from staff how many stops to your destination and count each and every stop.

The conductor was not helpful. He was very hard to understand. I was confused as to what stop I had to get off and he took my ticket and I needed to ask for help. It was hard to find someone to ask.
