Its impressive interior continues inside with high ceilings and spacious waiting areas. The station is the main transport hub of the area, with Amtrak and MBTA (Massachusetts Bay Transport Authority) trains, plus intercity bus services by WRTA (Worcester Regional). Greyhound and Peter Pan bus lines operate intercity services here, while OurBus stops here on the way to New York City.
