Pros: It was really pleasant and the scenery was really pretty..lots of streams, rivers, and wooded areas. Cons: Bathrooms were not very clean.

Pros: My son had to travel to Pitt for an overnight college orientation. It was great to know he was safe on a train and didn't need to worry about him driving and getting in an accident. Gave us peace of mind. He said it was very comfortable and roomy. Having access to WiFi was great! Cons: Maybe have an express option? Seems like he got halfway there in only an hour and then was a local for the remainder of the trip from Philadelphia to Pittsburgh. Not sure there is anything that can be done about that on your end though.
