Pros: Most all my trip was smooth sailing! Only comments I have is I was informed about my travels this time. Over all everything was great. Cons: As I explained over price ticket and customer better make sure your trio is what you think. Amtrack on line is not explained your trip as some people like myself wasn't clear. Tips: Call before you leave! Check before you leave! This very important and asked questions even it's seems not important, believe me it's important.

Pros: I'm was going to be stranded , and didn't know what to do! My ride had left me and I thought that I was supposed to leave on May 29. My hero Mr. Willie Thomas made sure I got home to Alexander VA safe. There's know other way I will travel. Amtrak train the best way to travel. As long as you follow rules. Again thank you Mr Thomas. Helen Williams. Cons: There's nothing I have experience that I feel need to improve. The Amtrak staff is a wonderful much of people. And I personally fill that's only to travel. Amtrak Northeast Regional

Pros: The availability to change your seat when being subjected to other’s customers encroachment. Cons: Nothing I could think of. Tips: Avoid hateful vibes, by not acknowledging or being considerate to certain entitled individuals, typically those who roam around acting like they don’t have a life of their own.

I wouldn’t arrive more than 10minutes early. As you normally wait outside on your track. Wifi is supposed to work on the train but I’ve only been successful 1 out of 3 recent trips in accessing it.
