Pros: Great value for the price paid. Staff was amazing. Mr. Talley was awesome. Very professional and funny. He kept the quiet car quiet, (thank you!). His demeanor was great and he explained in great details how everything works, from going in between cars, to next station stops, to answering all questions. Thank you for your assistance. Cons: bathroom needed more attention however, other was clean. Tips: quiet car was amazing. Spacious and relaxing. I was able to sleep for a.couple of hours on my way to Newport news, and my return trip to union station.
