The staff is very nice, the train is comfortable and clean. When I arrive to Cary, where my friend was waiting for me by mistake. The conductor Kevin was wonderful! He was helpful, friendly and polite, The gentleman at the Cary station, Tom and the lady named Knight were so helpful as well very friendly and all of them made feel very welcome to North Carolina. I will travel on Amtrak in the future and I will recommend it to my friends and family.
